ADVICE: Β I Wake Up at 3 a.m. Every Night. How Do I Get Back to Sleep?
By Margaret Crandall
Dear TueNight,
I used to be a champion sleeper. Iβd be out like a light when my head hit the pillow, unconscious for at least seven hours. Not anymore! For the last several months, Iβve been waking up in the middle of the night β usually around 3 a.m. β and then I canβt get back to sleep. Iβm exhausted, cranky, and way too busy for daytime naps. Oh, and sleeping pills scare the hell out of me. Iβm desperate for sleep β can you help me?
