Basic bio: Lizzie (a.k.a. LizzieBtv) is a digital lifestyle host with over 15 years of experience and a few Emmys under her belt. When she’s not sharing videos on social Lizzie is working on a new podcast for midlife women called "Our Halftime Show."

Beyond the bio: I'm a former tv news anchor/journalist. I loved it then but never got a chance to be the "real" me. I was always so serious. I wore blazers daily, tons of makeup, and spoke in that "anchor voice." These days, thanks to social media, I create my own content from home, often with no makeup and occasionally no bra!

What makes you a grown-ass lady?

My people-pleasing days are long gone. I no longer say yes to the things that don't bring me joy, and when I do say no to someone or something, I'm 100% okay with it.
