Here’s a body care question from TueNighter Alison:
“Has anyone ever made the switch from antiperspirants to natural deodorants? ’m trying it this month, and I’m trying to fast-track it by using the Aztec clay mask on my armpits, but are there any other tricks I might be missing or not know of?”
I also used the Ordinary AHA peel mask on my armpits too to get rid of dead skin and it’s been helpful. I’ve been using Caudalie Vinofresh Natural Stick Deodorant and I really like it
Hi! I jumped into making my own, years ago, in my mid to late thirties after trying one or two natural deodorants.
It was something like coconut oil and arrowroot starch. Then I read somewhere to just rub a lemon wedge on your pits and lemons have been my fave ever since! 😃 Still to this day, I do not know where I read that though. 🧐 Also, I think I remember needing a minute to "detox" from using regular deodorant so give yourself time. Good luck in your search!
Me! I toggle between Megababe's Smoothie Deo (https://megababebeauty.com/products/the-smoothie-deo-mini) and just started using Glossier's (https://www.glossier.com/products/deodorant) in sandstone - I really like the earthy scent. What's nice about that one is it's refillable. Both do a decent job - neither of course are perfect but I'd say Megababe's does the best job
Me! I switched to Pit Liquor and haven’t had any problems. I think the alcohol helps kill the odor :)
I LOVE Each & Every. It goes on super smoothy and feels light, for lack of a better word, but also like it's doing its job. https://eachandevery.com/

Been using deodorant for over 15 years. Humble, Tom's of Maine, Jason, and a brand that has CBD in it are all good.
Another Megababe fan here - works incredibly well and seems just as good as regular antiperspirant for me.
