I re-watched one of my favorite movies of all time "Ghost" last night. As the credits rolled and I reached for the Kleenex (because that "Goodbye Sam" scene where Molly finally believes gets me emotional every time) it got me wondering — do ghosts actually exist?
Frankly, I've had my fair share of experiences, both as a child and as an adult, that can’t be easily explained away and the thought that there's something more beyond this life is fascinating to me.
It’s also comforting to believe the energy of our departed loved ones is still around us, guiding and protecting us — unless we’re talking about dark, creepy basements and menacing poltergeists, no thanks. 👀

I've always been open to the idea but until last year I hadn't experienced anything supernatural. My office is in an old school building and last year we started hearing typewriters (which we don't have) and twice now our phones have been unplugged from inside the old utility closet we don't go into. We've nicknamed her Gladys and always make sure to say hi when we get to work now.
Residual activity (like hearing typewriters) is like hitting replay on the past — I love the science-y aspect of attempting to prove/debunk this sort of activity as legit.
My four siblings are sensitive to ghosts but I’m not! I was in an old hotel in France with two of my sisters. Both of them felt a presence in our room but I didn’t. They were up half the night from it but I went right to sleep.
Maybe I’m just determined to get my sleep so I ignore any signs? I treasure my sleep, lol
