Lately, I’ve grown increasingly pissy about this aging thing. Frankly, I can’t find much to like about getting older. My back aches, my hips are tight, I sleep too little and eat too much. My skin is dry, my hair is gray and I can’t see a thing without a pair of reading glasses, which I can never find.
Thank you for sharing these thoughts! Totally relate. Especially about being non-adventurous. I backed out of hiking in Tahoe because of the "Don't get eaten by bears" pamphlet and warnings as we entered the hiking area. Felt great about it.
I enjoyed this so much, especially your perspective on fears- the older I get the more anxiety I get driving with others (them driving fast will really spike my fear) and driving at night. I thought it was something I needed to "work on" changing but you've made me think otherwise:)
Why I’ve Aged Out of Embarrassment
Thank you for sharing. A great perspective for a Monday morning

Your pasta is not undercooked, your pasta is *al dente*! Which is how it should be cooked!
(there you go, you can now cross that one off the list, yay! 😄)
